INSPECTIONS BY AUTHORIZED AGENTS
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
A qualified representative employed by the franchiser, will be duly obligated to inspect and perform complete site inspection of franchise at any given point in time on a frequent basis. The franchisee agrees to welcome such representative at any time during hours of operation and allow full inspection of franchise location and any and all transactions, including financial and accounting reports.
A written report, from duly authorized representative, recording findings will be made valuable to franchiser as well as the franchisee.
